The ceremony will be starting at 4 pm in the bushland area at the centre of the Donnelly River Village.

Following the ceremony will be drinks at the Workers Club Tennis Courts and dinner.
​
Dancing will commence after dinner till late.Â
FridayÂ
8th January 2027Â
Arrive at Donnelly River, check in to accommodation is any time after 2 pm.Â

We will assign guests to cottages, when you arrive head to the General Store and give your name, they will let you know your assigned cabin and give you the keys.

Ceremony
The ceremony will take place between 4 and 4:30pm in the bushland area in the center of the village. We ask that you arrive to the ceremony by 3:45 pm.

Cocktail Hour(s)
The Workers Club
After the ceremony, we will walk to the Workers Club tennis courts for drinks and nibbles before dinner. This is only a few hundred metres.Â

Beer, wine, some cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, however, as this is a B.Y.O venue, if you have anything specific you would like, please feel free to bring your own.
Dinner
6.30 pm at the tennis courtsÂ
Dinner will take place on the tennis courts from 6:30 pm.
Cake cutting & ReceptionÂ
8pm back to the Workers Club
At 8 pm, we will move from the tennis courts to the Workers Club for cake and dancing.Â
